Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 c. dates or pecans
2 2/3 c. coconut
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar slowly while beating.
Add remaining ingredients, adding melted butter last.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased and floured baking sheet.
Bake about 15 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
