Chicken Vegetable With Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chicken broth
    3 qt. water
    1 lb. chicken, cooked, skinned and deboned
    2 c. assorted fresh vegetables, chopped
    1/2 c. white rice, uncooked
Preparation
    Heat first 3 ingredients in a stockpot.
    Do not boil. Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat. Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Serve with whole wheat rolls.
    Noodles may be used in place of rice.
    Yields a pot full of goodness.
