Sausage Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sausage
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick or self-rising flour
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
4 eggs
Preparation

Fry sausage, breaking it apart as it cooks, drain well. Sprinkle into bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan with cheese, onions and peppers over sausage.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cheese and sausage.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand at least 5 minutes before serving.
