Mushroom-Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oleo
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. soy or Worcestershire sauce
4 chopped green onions
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Melt oleo in large skillet.
Add diced mushrooms and cook until liquid evaporates.
Cool to room temperature.
Beat salt, cheeses and sauce in large bowl.
Stir in cooked mushrooms and raw green onions.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve with crackers.
