Jiffy Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            4 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1/2 pkg. (2 c.) yellow or white cake mix
1 c. water
5 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
- 
                            In a greased 9 x 9-inch pan, spread the rhubarb.
Sprinkle over evenly the sugar, jello and cake mix.
Gently pour over the 1 cup water.
Drizzle over all the melted margarine.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Serve warm or cold.
