Cheesecake Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. finely crushed graham crackers
    1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts (optional)
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Crust:
    Combine crushed crackers, nuts and cinnamon.
    Stir in margarine or butter.
    Reserve 1/4 cup of the crumb mixture for topping, if desired.
    Press remaining onto bottom and about 2 inches up sides of an 8 or 9-inch spring-form pan.
