Fruits Royale - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can fruit cocktail
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 Tbsp. toasted shredded almonds (optional)
Preparation

Drain fruit well.
Stir sugar and ginger into sour cream in a medium-sized bowl.
Fold in drained fruit.
Spoon into four dessert dishes.
Chill.
Top with toasted almonds.
