Orange Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. orange juice frozen concentrate, thawed
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. grated orange zest
    4 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Cook the first two ingredients until soft ball forms in cold water. Remove from heat and add remaining three ingredients. Stir until mixture sugars, pour onto buttered pan and separate each pecan.
