Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 fresh sliced peaches
Preparation
    Mix 1 beaten egg, flour and sugar with 2 cups peaches.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and cover with crumbs made of teaspoon butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 teaspoons flour.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer.
