Baked Chilies Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 whole green chilies, seeded
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese, cut in 10 strips
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut chilies in half.
    Spread chilies on paper towel and pat dry.
    Slip a strip of Monterey Jack cheese into each chili and lay them side by side in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
