Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    4 small cans Ortega chilies
    4 eggs
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Wash chilies and remove seeds and strips. Place 1/2 of the ground beef on bottom of casserole dish.
    Top with chilies and cheese and then repeat.
