Dorothy'S Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork shoulder, cut into small strips
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can chop suey vegetables
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown pork in heavy saucepan or wok.
    Add onion, celery, bell pepper, soy sauce and chop suey vegetables.
    Add cornstarch the last 15 minutes of simmering.
    Add more soy sauce.
    Simmer 45 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
    Add Chinese noodles if desired.
