Cheese Logs For Christmastime - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. Owens hot sausage
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. sharp cheese
1 lb. mild cheese
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes

Preparation

Fry the sausage until done; drain, then add all the cheese and the drained Ro-Tel tomatoes.
Heat all together.
(May add more chilies or jalapenos.)
Pour into a large pan to chill and then cut into logs.
Delicious.
