Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. flour
8 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sesame seed (optional)
5 tsp. shoyu
2 stalks green onion, minced
2 cloves garlic
4 Tbsp. sugar
oil (for frying)
Preparation

Mix and soak 2 hours or overnight.
Fry in oil.
