Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated carrot
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and eggs.
    Add oil.
    Add rest of ingredients. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
