Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 baked pie crusts (deep dish)
    1 lb. browned hamburger
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 eggs, beaten lightly
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. mushrooms (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix eggs, mayonnaise, milk, onion, salt and mushrooms.
    Add hamburger and mix.
    Slowly add cheese.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Increase temperature to 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Let them cool for 15 minutes before cutting them.
    Can be frozen for later use.
    Makes 2 quiches.
