Ritz Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    vanilla to taste
    1 c. broken pecans
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold in egg whites. Pour into greased pie pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Slice pie and use whipped cream or Cool Whip for topping, if desired.
