Frank'S Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) chuck roast
    2 Tbsp. Dale sauce
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. large mushrooms
    shoe string carrots
    butter
    new potatoes
Preparation
    Brown chuck roast on both sides in oil in a heavy pot.
    Add light salt to taste, Dale sauce, celery, onion and green pepper. Cook on low 2 hours covered.
    The last 30 minutes of cooking, add 1 cup large mushrooms.
