Gotzbki(Stuffed Cabbage) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole cabbage
boiling salted water
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 c. cooked rice (River Rice brand preferred)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans condensed tomato soup
2 c. water
Preparation

Remove core from cabbage.
Place whole head in a large pot filled with boiling salted water.
Cover; cook 3 minutes or until softened enough to pull off individual leaves.
Repeat to remove all large leaves (about 30).
Cut thick center stem from each leaf.
