Ginger-Lime Swordfish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

swordfish steaks
lite spray oil
3 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. ginger
3 sprigs fresh basil
3/4 c. fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp. pine nuts
Preparation

Spray frying pan with 3 squirts of lite oil.
Saute swordfish 3 minutes on each side over low heat.
Chop garlic, basil and ginger in bowl.
Add lime juice and pine nuts.
Transfer fish to microwave dish.
Pour mix over fish and microwave for 3 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
Garnish and serve.
