Maggie'S Foiled Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck roast
    1 envelope dry onion and mushroom soup mix
Preparation
    Place roast in foil lined baking pan.
    Sprinkle soup mix over roast.
    Add 1-inch of water around roast.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 in oven for 3 or 4 hours.
    When roast is near done, add onions, potatoes and carrots around roast and cook until vegetables are done.
