Scalloped Barbecue Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 medium potatoes (about 3 lb.)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. barbecue sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 small onions, thinly sliced
    paprika
    snipped parsley
Preparation
    Pare potatoes, slice thinly and sprinkle with flour.
    Combine water, barbecue sauce, vinegar and salt in Dutch oven and heat to boiling.
    Stir in floured potatoes and onion.
    Simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
    Baking time: 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Yield: 12 servings.
