Pie Crust (Never Fail) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. lard (cold)
    4 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Cut together shortening, flour, sugar and salt.
    Add beaten egg, water and vinegar.
    Mix all together, but add a little at a time for good consistency.
    Will keep a week in refrigerator in airtight container.
    Makes 4 crusts.
