Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can crushed pineapple
    1 qt. bread cubes (use fresh bread)
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar at high speed with mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, and continue to cream. Put mixer on low speed and add crushed pineapple. Fold in by hand 1-quart bread cubes.
    Bake in foil-lined pan or dish for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
