Migas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil or margarine
    6 corn tortillas
    4 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    In a nonstick pan, melt margarine and add corn tortillas, torn or cut into small pieces.
    Saute and then add eggs and salt and scramble until cooked.
    Top with shredded cheese and serve.
    Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
