Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
2 c. stuffing mix
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook spinach and drain well.
Combine all ingredients.
Chill. Roll into balls (walnut size).
Freeze.
While still frozen, place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Makes about 75.
