French Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 1/2 oz. coconut
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Pour into unbaked tart shells.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
