Patsy'S Hearty Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ground black pepper
    2 stacks Ritz crackers, crumbled (buy box of crackers with 4 stacks)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    3 eggs
    1 c. Heinz ketchup
    1 1/2 tsp. Texas Gunpowder (all natural ground jalapeno)
    1/2 tsp. dry crushed pepper
    6 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. coarse black pepper
    1/2 c. Ranger Luke's Kick 'M-Up jalapeno ketchup
    2 c. Heinz ketchup
    3 lb. stewing beef chunks
    1 red bell pepper, coarsely chopped up (seeds and all)
    1 green bell pepper, coarsely chopped up (seeds and all)
    1 large can pinto beans or red kidney beans (if desired)
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    1 very large onion or two medium-sized
    1 c. water
    1 stick Parkay margarine or butter
    1/4 c. Italian salad dressing (blended oil and vinegar brand)
    1/8 c. cider vinegar
    Lawry's seasoning salt to taste

    1 c. honey
    1/2 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    5 Tbsp. bacon pan drippings
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 to 6 fresh fish, cleaned and dressed to your preference
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 lemon
Preparation
    Make sure fish is scaled good.
    Combine corn meal, salt and pepper.
    Place on foil in a flat pan or lay flat in a bowl.
    Coat fish on both sides with this mixture.
    Heat shortening in a large frying pan.
    Fry fish until golden brown and flaky on both sides. Remove fish from the pan and drain on a paper towel.
    Serve hot with lemon, hot sauce or catsup.
