Beef Kushisashi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. chopped green onions and tops
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak
Preparation
    Blend soy sauce, green onions, sugar, oil, cornstarch, garlic and ginger in small saucepan.
    Simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 1 minute; cool.
    Cover and set aside.
