Apricot Angel Cake(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large angel food cake, broken
    1 large can apricot nectar (1 qt.)
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Bring to a boil the apricot nectar, cornstarch, sugar and lemon juice.
    Let cool.
    Pour over cake and top with Cool Whip. Use 9 x 13-inch pan.
