Prime Rib - cooking recipe

prime rib (number as your desire)
rock salt
Preparation

Prime rib at room temperature.
Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
Roll prime rib in rock salt.
Place on baking rack and pan.
Put in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Turn oven to 350\u00b0 and bake 15 minutes for each pound.
When done, turn off oven and let set for a few minutes before serving.
Cut string and rib will fall off. Slice thickness to your desire.
More doneness on outside end pieces.
