Chicken-Tater-Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. vinegar
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 or 4 peeled, cubed potatoes
chicken pieces (legs, breasts, etc.)
Preparation

Saute onion, pepper, celery and garlic in oil until tender. Add catsup, water, vinegar, sugar and seasonings.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Arrange chicken parts on top of cut up potatoes in lasagna-type pan.
Pour sauce all over and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
