Fluffy Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Combine milk and salad oil.
    Add dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Drop from tablespoon atop bubbling stew.
    Cover tightly, bring to a boil, reduce heat and don't lift cover.
    Simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until done.
