Pistachio Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. confectioners sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, 1/4 cup nuts and butter in two 9-inch pie pans.
Bake for 15 minutes; let cool.
Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 6 ounces Cool Whip.
Spread over pies. Whip milk with pistachio instant pudding.
Pour over cream cheese mixture.
Spread other half of Cool Whip over all.
Garnish with 1/4 cup nuts (can also use cherries).
You can use a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
