Caraway Cheese Treat - cooking recipe

2 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. celery seed
4 to 5 c. flour
1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. caraway seed
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine yeast and water in a large bowl.
Combine sugar, margarine, salt and milk; heat slightly.
Cool to lukewarm. Add eggs, caraway seed, celery seed and cheese.
Add flour to make stiff dough, kneading dough thoroughly.
Let rise until double. Work down the dough. Roll out and divide into 4 strips.
Twist two together. Seal ends. Place in greased loaf pan and let rise 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves.
