Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. water
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
    Add water, flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Beat in pumpkin.
    Add nuts and mix well.
    Pour in 4 (1 pound) coffee cans (greased and floured) 1/2 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Roll each in powdered sugar while still warm.
