Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. starter
1 1/2 c. water
6 c. bread flour
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
Stir in liquids and mix, making a stiff batter.
Do not knead at this time.
Oil another bowl, put dough in bowl and turn over so it will be on top and bottom.
Cover with foil and let stand overnight on counter (if house is cool, set in oven to rise).
