Ruth Lyons' Wine Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. wine
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. Certo fruit pectin
    few drops food coloring, if desired
Preparation
    Mix wine and sugar in top part of double boiler.
    Place over boiling water.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Remove from heat. Stir in Certo (and food coloring, if desired) immediately.
    Pour into jelly glasses.
    Cover with 1/8-inch melted paraffin.
    Cover with lids when cool.
