Tropical Fruit Sundaes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small ripe banana, mashed
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1/2 c. apricot-pineapple preserves
1/2 tsp. rum flavoring
vanilla ice cream
flaked coconut, toasted
Preparation

Combine banana and lemon juice; stir in marmalade and preserves.
Cook, stirring constantly, until heated through. Remove from heat; stir in rum flavoring.
Spoon over ice cream. Sprinkle with coconut.
Makes 1 1/2 cups sauce.
