Pork Loin Roast With Apple Glaze - cooking recipe

1 pork loin roast with backbone loosened
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. sweetened applesauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation

Rub roast with mixture of flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Roast 35 to 40 minutes to the pound at 350\u00b0.
About an hour before roast is done, spread with apple glaze made by combining remaining ingredients.
Return to oven until meat is done.
Serves 6 to 8.
