Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs well beaten
4 bananas good and ripe, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl.
Beat eggs well in a small bowl and add to bananas.
Mix well.
Add 1 tsp. vanilla, cake mix and nuts.
Mix well.
Divide into three 5 x 9 inch loaf pans and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes.
Do not over cook!
