Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    2 cans tuna, drained and flakes
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cooked noodles
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a small skillet, melt margarine over medium heat.
    Simmer onion, pepper and mushrooms, stirring until tender, about 5 minutes.
    Stir together with next 6 ingredients.
    Add noodles, mixing well.
    Turn into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 6.
    You should use Hellmann's only.
