Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in cubes
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms (save liquid)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 or 8 drops Tabasco
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Dip
    meat
    in
    flour and brown in hot fat.
    Add onions, garlic and
    mushrooms.
    Combine soup, sour cream, liquid from mushrooms and
    seasonings.
    Pour
    over
    meat and simmer until tender (about 1 hour).
    Serve over hot rice or spaghetti.
