Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    venison roast
    6 potatoes
    3 stalks celery
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    3 carrots
Preparation
    Place roast in center of cooking bag.
    Cut potatoes and carrots into 1/8 to 1/4-inch slices.
    Dice celery and arrange around the roast.
    Tie roasting bag.
    Place in the center of the oven.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
