Hamburger And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
1 pkg. onion gravy mix
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. rice
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 can onion rings
Preparation

Brown hamburger and drain.
Blend in gravy mix, garlic salt, water and rice.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add frozen peas.
Continue to simmer until rice is tender.
Stir in 3/4 can of onion rings.
Sprinkle remainder on top of the casserole before serving.
