Cranberry Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced unpeeled apples
2 c. raw cranberries
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. uncooked quick oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix apples, cranberries, white sugar and water together and place in a greased casserole dish (6 x 10-inch or 9 x 13-inch). Mix melted butter, oatmeal, brown sugar, flour and pecans.
Put this on top of apple mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
