Cheese Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta cheese, at room temperature
8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped ripe olives, drained
3 green onions, chopped
Preparation

Flatten Velveeta with hands between sheets of wax or parchment paper or plastic wrap.
Roll with a rolling pin until Velveeta is in a rectangle of 16 x 18 and fairly thin. Spread cream cheese on flattened Velveeta.
Top cream cheese evenly with chilies, olives and green onions.
Peel off bottom paper as you roll cheese \"jelly roll\" style.
Serve with crackers.
Can put salsa over top.
