Egg - Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    9 eggs
    12 slices of bread
    3 C. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry or prepared mustard
    1 1/2 C. cheese
Preparation
    Crumble and brown sausage.
    Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl. Tear bread into eggs.
    Add milk, mustard, cheese and salt.
    Add sausage.
    Place in a 9 x 13 inch pan sprayed with Pam.
    Refrigerate over-night.
    Let stand 15 minutes before baking.
    Bake in a 350 degree oven 45 minutes or until brown.
