Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) venison roast
    garlic cloves
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. crushed marjoram
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Make 4 or 5 slits in top of roast and insert garlic cloves (1/4) in each.
    Pour vinegar over the top and sprinkle with crushed marjoram.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    During last half hour, pour soup over top.
