Pecan Delight Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. soda or graham crackers, crushed (Ritz or vanilla wafers)
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat
    egg
    whites,
    baking powder and salt until thick. Beat in
    sugar
    until
    meringue
    holds peaks.
    Add pecans and crackers. Pour
    into greased pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool and cover with whipped cream before serving.
